What If I live in AL, FL, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, or KS
The referral fee shall be a one-time $25 for each valid, referred customer (up to 7 total referrals). The payment of any referral fee shall not depend on whether the referral results in a sale of any insurance product. In order to be eligible to receive referral you must be an active member of First Choice Health and you agree that you are not negotiating, selling, or soliciting a person to apply for any particular kind of insurance or to any particular insurance carrier. The licensed agent will determine with the referred individuals the most suitable type of insurance carrier for their needs.
What If I live in TX

Georgia residents are not eligible to receive the referral fees. However, they are greatly appreciated. By doing so, you agree that you are not negotiating, selling, or soliciting a person to apply for any particular kind of insurance or to any particular insurance carrier. The licensed agent will determine with the referred individuals the most suitable type of insurance and insurance carrier for their needs.
